KLW was appointed by Gemselect Ltd. to provide planning advice and support for this exciting development on the site of the former Hastings College of Art and Technology campus.
Numerous planning submissions were required for the implementation of this successful and large scale development, which included the conversion of the listed Archery Terrace as well as the new build elements seen on site.
