Keymer Tiles
Burgess Hill
The Keymer Tiles site covers 19.1 hectares and is located 1.4 kilometers from the centre of Burgess Hill. The site was formerly a clay quarry and factory works of Keymer Tiles.
Following a lengthy period of promotion through the Mid Sussex Local Plan, extensive community engagement and a masterplanning exercise, the site has been comprehensively remodelled and regenerated. With its range of facilities, it is now a natural focus for the wider communities. The site includes 475 new homes, together with a community centre, local shopping facilities and a community park with formal and informal sport areas.
