Urban extension on the northern side of Maidstone on behalf of Ward Homes.
The application site relates to 5.53 ha of land and the scheme comprised some 143 new dwellings on a greenfield site. KLW was the lead consultant and project managed the proposal. KLW also organised and managed the Community Engagement process culminating in planning permission being granted.
The site has been successfully completed and all homes were sold.
