Planning permission for 9 residential apartments was obtained through the reconstruction of the mansard roof and erection of new recessed 5th floor.
This is in addition to 85 apartments for which we have previously obtained prior approval under Class O of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) through the change of use of Calverley House from office to residential.
