Former Farm Buildings

Designed by Robinson Waters Architects, the green light has been given from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council to convert and extend a disused farm building into a 4-bed 280 sqm family dwelling.

Located in the countryside, in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we successfully obtained planning consent for a change of use from agricultural to residential. Specific emphasis was placed on the design to ensure that it would retain its agricultural character. Even with a small extension, Officers agreed that the development would preserve the character and appearance of the AONB and permission was granted on 6th January 2022.
