Having secured planning permission at the end of 2015, we are pleased to confirm that Croudace Homes has completed its transformation of a large neglected industrial site on Godinton Way, adjacent to Ashford Town Centre.
Eighty-three houses and apartments have been created to the highest standard. The design / layout is a contemporary interpretation of the neighbouring Victorian terraces on Godinton Road and those on the edge of the town centre.
The scheme has been very successful – all homes are now sold.
