Land at North Farm Road

The site as existing was unattractive, contaminated and considerably underutilised. This development represented a significant opportunity to clean up the site and to maximise its use with a modern building of the highest standards that will significantly improve and revitalise the area.

The design of the building aimed to improve the visual amenity of the area and relate well to the surrounding environment.

In order to break up the massing of the building, the front facing gable design arrangement of the roof and the presentation to North Farm Road deliberately responds and reflects the profile and rhythm established by the adjacent residential building, together with the row of semi-detached gable fronted houses further south of the site.
