Lingfield Park Racecourse

A masterplan was devised to set the guiding principles for the regeneration of the site through the removal of an array of disparate buildings, which were run down and/or have out-served their useful purpose.  These were replaced by new purpose-built facilities and an integrated leisure building.

The ‘L’ shaped structure was designed to provide new and improved viewing standings and box facilities for the Racecourse, hotel accommodation and to re-house existing leisure uses within the site.
