Working alongside a team of consultants, KLW produced the vision and masterplan for 1000 new homes in Daventry.
The masterplan depicted an environment that reflected the character and history of Daventry and the surrounding region - fostering a strong sense of place.
It provided a strong focal element to the community in the form of a mixed-use centre - locate key community, education and retail facilities within the core.
