KLW were instructed by South Cambridgeshire District Council to project manage a ten day public inquiry and to defend the Council’s position at appeal for the erection of 1,559 additional dwellings.
This involved the preparation of evidence in respect of the planning policy/prematurity arguments, urban design issues, sustainability issues and analysis of proposals against terms of adopted design guide and Master Plan. KLW also appeared as expert witness (urban design) at public inquiry.
